Yes! Safety is our top priority. All drivers undergo background checks and vehicle inspections. We provide real-time tracking, verified profiles, and 24/7 customer support. You can also read reviews from other passengers before booking.

Booking & Payment

How do I book a ride?

Simply search for rides using your departure and destination cities, select a ride that fits your schedule, and click "Book Now". Fill in the required information and confirm your booking.

How much does it cost?

Prices vary depending on the distance and route. Drivers set their own prices, which are displayed clearly before booking. Popular routes like Montreal-Ottawa start at just $25 per seat.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure may incur fees. Please check our Terms of Service for complete details.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through our secure payment platform. Payment is processed when you confirm your booking.

For Drivers

How do I become a driver?

Sign up as a driver, complete your profile, and submit the required documents (driver's license, vehicle registration, insurance). Once verified, you can start posting trips.

How do I get paid?

Payments are transferred to your bank account within 3-5 business days after the trip is completed. We deduct a small service fee to maintain the platform.

Can I set my own price?

Yes! Drivers have full control over pricing. We provide suggested prices based on distance and fuel costs, but you can adjust them as needed.
